Customers tell us that Workbooks is an intuitive tool to use but we know that, like anything, it’s only easy when you know how. To help you master the rich functionality available and to optimise your implementation, we strongly recommend you attend our classroom training courses.
This 2-day course teaches you the elements you need to know in order to set up and maintain your Workbooks system. We recommend that at least one person (ideally the authorised support contact) plus one or two others attend this training to understand the principles of how the solution works.
Once Workbooks is set up as your ‘single point of truth’, you want to use it to monitor your business and make insightful decisions. Our 2-day Reporting course will introduce you to the basics of building Reports and Dashboards so you can share accurate information with your colleagues and stakeholders.
This 2-day course is aimed at software engineers who will be developing integrations or automations using the Workbooks API. It covers all the elements you need to develop process engine scripts or to integrate third-party applications via the restful API.
